- Step 1Cut the watermelon
Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes. Remove the rind and seeds if present.
Watermelon - Step 2Arrange the arugula
Place a handful of arugula on a serving plate as the base.
Arugula - Step 3Add burrata and season
Tear the burrata into pieces and arrange over the arugula. Drizzle with olive oil and season with black pepper.

Drape slices of jamón over the burrata and arugula.

Arrange the watermelon cubes on top of the salad.
