Method
- Step 1Prepare the avocado dip
Mash together 1/2 avocado, a pinch of salt, juice of 1/4 lime, and a pinch of chili flakes.

Halve the potato, season with salt and oil. Wrap in kitchen foil and bake in the oven at 200°C for 40 minutes.

Coat a few tomatoes on the vine with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes at 200°C.

Bring the ribeye steak to room temperature before cooking.

Place a dry frying pan on high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper and fry for 2 minutes on each side.

Drop the butter, garlic clove, and rosemary into the pan. Baste the steak for one minute.

Remove the potato from the oven and mash the centre. Add the sour cream and gently mash together.
