Steps5

  1. Step 1. Blend the batter

    Add 1 cup , 1 cup , 2 large , 1/2 cup unsweetened , 1/2 cup or honey, 1/2 cup or almond flour, and 2 teaspoons to a blender.

Honey can replace the maple syrup; almond flour can replace the oat flour.
  2. Step 2. Blend until smooth

Blend until completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.

  3. Step 3. Pour the batter

Pour the batter into a parchment-lined 6-inch round baking dish and smooth the top.

  4. Step 4. Bake the cheesecake

Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 45–50 minutes, until the edges are set and the center is still soft and slightly jiggly.

  5. Step 5. Chill the cheesecake

Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight, before slicing.
