Method

  1. Step 1Marinate the seafood20 min

    Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces and marinate in citrus juice. Let it sit in the fridge for 20 minutes.

  2. Step 2Prepare the chile tepín mixture

    Make the chile tepín sauce to add heat to the ceviche.

  3. Step 3Add vegetables and seasonings

    Dice the mango, cucumber, and red onion. Add them to the marinated fish along with cilantro and the chile tepín sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

    Let the ceviche sit in the fridge for about 40 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse. The longer it sits, the better it will taste.

    Note
