Pesto eggs on tomato

   Pas 1Mix the tomato base

   Mix the grated tomatoes, crushed garlic, olive oil, salt and black pepper.

   Pas 2Fry the pesto

   Heat the frying pan and add the pesto, then fry until bubbly on medium heat.

   Pas 3Fry the eggs5 min

   Increase the heat and crack in the 2 eggs. Fry for about 5 minutes on medium-high heat.

   Pas 4Top the tomato base

   Place the eggs on top of the tomato mixture and crumble the feta on top.
