Pas 1Layer sliced potato in pan
On a medium heat add the oil to a non stick pan and slice the potato with a peeler, forming a thin layer in the pan. Add salt.

Pas 2Crisp and flip potatoes
When the edges turn golden and crispy, flip the potatoes over.
Pas 3Add eggs on top1 min
Break the eggs on top of the potatoes. Add black pepper and salt. Let it cook for a minute.

Add the cheese and cover until the cheese has melted.
