Slice the bell pepper, zucchini, and tomatoes. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in the oven at 200°C until tender and lightly charred, about 15-20 minutes.

Divide the pizza dough into two portions and roll each into an oval or rectangular shape, about 5mm thick.

Spread basil pesto over one side of each grilled dough. Layer the arugula, roasted vegetables, and torn burrata on top. Fold or top with the second piece of dough.
