Réalisation

Étape 1Mix the marinade
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, miso, and maple syrup and mix until smooth.

Étape 2Coat the chicken
Add the chicken thighs to the bowl with the marinade and coat thoroughly.

Étape 3Prepare the vegetables
Slice the potatoes into wedges and slice the onions. Toss with olive oil on a sheet pan.

Étape 4Assemble and bake
Place the marinated chicken thighs on top of the potatoes and onions on the sheet pan. Bake until the chicken is golden and cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Note
The chicken will caramelize beautifully and the vegetables will absorb all the delicious miso-maple flavor.
