Turkey Meatball Orzo Mac and Cheese

   Pas 1Mix and shape meatballs

   Mix the ground turkey, egg, Italian seasoning, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, and pepper. Roll into meatballs.

   Pas 2Sear the meatballs

   Sear the meatballs in a little olive oil until browned and cooked through, then set aside.

   In the same pan, sauté the onion until softened. Add the garlic and tomato paste and cook for another minute.

   Pour in the heavy cream and stir until everything comes together into a creamy tomato sauce.

   Stir in the cooked orzo and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
