Pas 1Cut the tofu
Cut tofu into bite-sized popcorn pieces.

Place tofu pieces in a bowl and add hot sauce to taste. Mix to coat.

Place panko breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl. Coat each tofu piece in panko, pressing gently to adhere.
