Strawberry feta pasta salad

   Pas 1Heat the strawberries

   Heat up 1 cup frozen strawberries until soft.

   Pas 2Blend the vinaigrette

   In a blender, combine strawberries with 1/2 cup crumbled feta, 1 tbsp mayo, 2 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp nonfat greek yogurt, and 1-2 tsp honey. Blend until smooth and let cool.

   Pas 3Boil the pasta

   Boil your favorite pasta shape.

   Chop cooked chicken breast.

   Pas 5Chop the celery

   Finely chop celery 2 stalks.

   Pas 6Combine the salad

   In a large mixing bowl combine the cooked pasta, chicken, celery, 1-2 cups of fresh blueberries, 1 cup raw baby spinach, 1/2 cup crushed walnuts or pecans, and the strawberry feta vinaigrette. Mix thoroughly.

   Nota

   Pecans can be used instead of walnuts.
