   Combine 1.5 tbsp whole egg mayonnaise, ½ tsp Dijon mustard, ½ tsp seeded mustard, and 1 tsp honey in a small bowl and stir.

   Spread honey mustard mayonnaise on both the top and bottom slices of bread.

   Layer 2 leaves of lettuce on each slice.

   On the bottom slice, top lettuce with cucumber, tomato, salt and pepper, ham and cheese.

   Place boiled egg whole, in the centre of the sandwich. Add avocado, red onion, carrot and cabbage, followed by the top slice of bread.

   Wrap sandwich tightly in baking paper and use a bread knife to cut through the centre.
