   Шаг 1Cook the beef mince

   Heat olive oil over a medium to high heat. Add beef mince, breaking up with a spatula.

   When about halfway cooked, sprinkle over garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir well until all meat is browned and set aside while you prepare the rest of the salad.

   Combine mayonnaise, tomato sauce, 1 tbsp finely minced gherkin, garlic powder and white wine vinegar in a bowl and stir well.

   Шаг 4Assemble the salad

   Divide Aussie Salad Mix among two serving bowls. Arrange seasoned beef mince, diced tomatoes, 4 diced gherkins, sliced red onion and grated cheddar. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
