- Step 1Roast peppers with olives40 min
Place peppers, olives (without brine) and sairtaki in a baking dish, season with pepper to taste and send to a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes, turning halfway through, then switch to grill mode and bake for another 10 minutes at the same temperature.

Fry the sliced baguette pieces in butter.

Place the roasted peppers in a bag and seal, let sit for 5 minutes so the skin comes off easily. Remove the skin and seeds, then slice.

Add the sliced peppers to the roasted olives and sairtaki, mix well.

Lay jamón slices flat, spread blue cheese along the length, place peeled and sliced pear on top and roll up.
