Method

  1. Step 1Prepare the dough

    Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a disc.

  2. Step 2Fill with cheese and pepperoni

    Place a portion of mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened dough disc, then top with a pepperoni slice.

    Note

    You can add a small spoonful of pizza sauce inside each bomb before sealing for extra flavor.

  3. Step 3Seal the dough

    Fold the edges of the dough up and around the filling, pinching tightly to seal and form a ball. Make sure there are no gaps.

  4. Step 4Arrange on baking sheet

    Place the sealed dough balls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them evenly.

  5. Step 5Brush and season

    Brush the tops of each dough ball with melted butter or olive oil, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

    Note

    Olive oil works too if you prefer a lighter finish.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 18-20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

  7. Step 7Serve with sauce

    Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
