Step 1. Make the cookie crumbs
Blend 1 pack of Biscoff into fine crumbs and combine with the melted .
Step 2. Mix the filling
In a separate bowl, stir the cheesecake and ½ cup cookie butter together until smooth.

Add a layer of Biscoff crumbs to each cup and gently press down. Layer with the cheesecake , then repeat with another layer of crumbs and cheesecake filling.

Top each cup with a Biscoff and finish with a drizzle of melted cookie butter.
