  1. Passaggio 1. Make the cookie crumbs

    Blend 1 pack of Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs and combine with the melted butter.

  2. Passaggio 2. Mix the filling

    In a separate bowl, stir the cheesecake and ½ cup cookie butter together until smooth.

  3. Passaggio 3. Layer the cups

    Add a layer of Biscoff crumbs to each cup and gently press down. Layer with the cheesecake , then repeat with another layer of crumbs and cheesecake filling.

  4. Passaggio 4. Top and drizzle

    Top each cup with a Biscoff cookie and finish with a drizzle of melted cookie butter.
