Method

Step 1Prepare the potatoes
Wash or peel the potatoes and cut in thick wedges and transfer into an oven pan or skillet or casserole.

Add over the potatoes the chicken, the seasoning salt, pepper, onion slices, garlic, oregano, lemon juice, olive oil and mustard, and mix very well.
