Korean Egg Drop Sandwich

   Étape 1Toast the bread

   Take two slices of bread and spread one side each with garlic butter. Place butter side down on a pan over medium heat and toast until crispy, and then remove from the pan. We're only toasting the one side!

   Étape 2Fry the bacon

   Spray the same pan lightly with oil and fry bacon until golden on each side and then set aside.

   Étape 3Scramble the eggs

   In a small jug or bowl, lightly whisk together eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Reduce the stovetop heat to low and pour in the eggs. Swirl around and fold to create a soft scramble. Push the scrambled eggs into a rectangle shape before removing from the pan.

   Étape 4Assemble the sandwich

   To assemble your sandwich: mix together 1 tbsp mayonnaise and sriracha and then spread on the soft side of each slice of bread. Add one slice of cheese on top of each, bacon and then egg. Drizzle the top with extra mayonnaise and a sprinkle of parsley. Serve immediately.
