Superbowl Hotdog

Method

   Step 1Beat the eggs

   Crack the 2 eggs into a bowl and beat them until well combined.

   Step 2Cook the sausages

   Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the hot dog rolls cut-side down to warm them lightly, then remove and set aside. Add the sausages to the same pan and cook until heated through and lightly browned.

   Step 3Make the egg wrap

   Pour the beaten eggs into the pan, tilting to spread into a thin layer. Place a slice of cheese in the center of the egg. Once the egg is nearly set, place one cooked sausage on top of the cheese.

   Step 4Fold and assemble

   Fold the edges of the egg over the sausage and cheese to create a wrap. Transfer the wrapped sausage into a hot dog roll.

   Step 5Add toppings and serve

   Top with your sauce of choice, pickles, and onions. Serve immediately.

   Note

   You can also add ketchup, mustard, or any condiment you prefer.
