Paso 1. Whisk eggs and oil
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and oil until combined.

Stir in the cake mix and salt until it is all combined and a dough forms.

Fold in the chips.

Pop the dough in the fridge to chill for 20-30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Paso 7. Scoop the cookies
Use a 1.5 tablespoon cookie scoop to scoop the cookies onto the lined baking sheet, leaving a couple inches in between each cookie. Bake in two rounds. Top with extra chips, if desired.

Bake in the preheated oven for 9-11 minutes, rotating the sheet halfway so the front and back bake evenly. The cookies are done when they are starting to get darker on the edges and just set on top.

Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes, then move them to a wire rack to cool.
