    In a bowl, combine the ground pork, light soy sauce, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.

    In the same pan, add the sliced mushrooms and cook until golden and their moisture has evaporated, scraping up the fond from the meatballs.

    Add the cream cheese and chicken stock to the pan with the mushrooms. Stir until the cream cheese melts and the sauce comes together.

    Add the fusilli bucatini pasta to the creamy mushroom sauce. Stir and let the pasta cook gently in the sauce, stirring occasionally, until al dente.

    Return the seared meatballs to the pan and nestle them into the pasta. Cook for a few more minutes until the meatballs are cooked through but still juicy.
