   Step 1. Chop the pistachios

   Chop the pistachios finely on a board.

   Step 2. Melt the dark chocolate

   Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl until smooth.

   Step 3. Spread chocolate into rounds

   Spoon the melted chocolate onto parchment paper in small rounds.

   Step 4. Top with pomegranate

   Press pomegranate arils into the still-wet chocolate rounds.

   Step 5. Sprinkle chopped pistachios

   Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the clusters.

   Drizzle more melted chocolate over the clusters.
