- Étape 1Prep the vegetables
Wash and peel your carrots, wash your potatoes, slice and dice your onion, mince your garlic, and wash your thyme.

Season your chuck roast on both sides with Kinders cowboy butter seasoning, white pepper, and beef bouillon. Cook on medium heat for 4 minutes on each side until you get a nice crust. Once you get a nice crust remove from heat and set aside for now.

In the same pan, add your onions. Sauté for 4 minutes and add your minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.

Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and mix well with onions and garlic.

After 2 minutes add your red wine and let it reduce for 3 minutes on medium heat.

Once your red wine reduces, add 4 cups of beef broth and scrape the bottom to get all the flavor.

Season your broth to taste. Add beef bouillon if needed for more salt.

Add your beef roast, carrots, baby gold potatoes, thyme, and three tablespoons of butter. Cover and cook for 3 hours at 350 degrees.

Once out the oven, remove as much oil as you can, shred your roast and serve on top of mashed potatoes.
