Wash the russet potatoes thoroughly under running water.

Mash all the peeled potatoes using a masher or fork until smooth.

Add 2 tablespoons glutinous rice flour and 1 tablespoon cornstarch to the mashed potatoes. Mix with your hands until it feels like dough.

Season the potato dough with salt and pepper to taste.

Roll the potato mixture into small cube-shaped portions or little pillows.
